Rebranding of 'Ah Beng'

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 28 (thebawang) -- In response to last week's news concerning the rebranding of 'Mat Rempit', the Malaysian Chinese Association has decided to follow suit by proposing a push to legalize triads.
"There are many things that could be learned from the chinese triads like their strong sense of camaraderie, their industrious business acumen and even how to effectively swing a machete" said MCA spokesperson.
The spokesperson then added "Besides, why waste so much effort trying to curb gangsterism when we can just join them".
Government officials however are worried that the move might promote racial polarization and have decided that it would be best to enforce a 5:3 quota on the traditionally chinese only triads. To encourage this move, members from the "Mat cemerlang" chapter will be given a waist pouch, pagoda t-shirts and sponsorship to purchase a Nissan Sunny to help them acclimatize themselves with the new chapter.
In another bold move, the MCA has announced races between the motorcycles of the Malay "Mat Cemerlang" and their chinese brothers in hopes of fostering inter-racial co-operation. Bursaries will be given to winners to further their vocational education at kedai motor ah fatt (for the mechanically inclined) or at the various internet cafes (to learn entrepreneurship skills).

some idiots in yunan province in china thought the best way to curb rabies would be to just kill every fucking dog in the vicinity. ALL 50,000 OF THEM. so if you're out walking your best friend after a stressfull day of work, armed idiots would accost you and bludgeon your dog to death. As if to add insult to injury, the fuckers would pay you 63 cents.
STUPID-> surely theres a better, more cost effective way than killing 50,000 dogs
CHEAP -> surely theres a more humane way than beating them to death with sticks.
